About Law of Attraction Coaching
The Law of Attraction is a fundamental principle of the universe. It is operating at all times. Whatever we focus on we get more of. Without a deeper understanding of how this works we will not be able to utilize those principles to our greatest advantage. Most people are focussed on what is or has been and what is not working in their lives. I can teach you a different approach so that you can start to allow in all the things you want to be and have.
Meditation and the ability to quiet the mind is an important part of the process. You may already have a regular meditation practice that you may need some support with. If you haven't meditated before or have struggled with meditation this is something we will cover in your sessions. I can teach you how to meditate or how to improve your current experience of meditation.
